With 17 years of working in Title I schools with a high ELL (English Language Learner) student population, the experience of turning around 5 schools, and the expertise in Second Language Acquisition and Bi-literacy we are experts in ELL services, Administrative, School Data and Parent Engagement and Family Literacy.
We use this experience and knowledge to impact school academic growth within the first year of collaboration by strengthening effective school wide practices and assuring the use (with fidelity) of Research Based Instructional Strategies in all classrooms that will benefit all students.
To close the achievement gap, each Client Support Plan is individualized and customized to the specific needs of the district and/or school. Additionally, each plan emphasizes the need for Professional Development, Program Implementation and Support, and Accountability tracking to ensure fidelity to the changes.
